403: Forbidden

Description: The webserver understands your request but explictly refused to authorise it

Causes:
- Insufficent Rights and file permissions
- Server is expecting a complete filepath in the URL (ie .html)
- 'Modsec' (Firewall) is blocking the request, often found when submitting data
- IP Address is on blocklist

Recommendations:
- Test the page on another device, ie mobile using 4G
- Review file permissions and ownership of the website files/directories
- Review the sites '.htaccess' file and testing using a default file for testing
- Review .htaccess files for addhandlers in current and higher directories
- Temporarily disable secuirty based plugins like 'Wordfence'
- Review ModSec Server Logs
